Roger has managed the internal operations of PSG since it began in 2002. Roger oversees or personally provides the quality services that PSG promises our clients and their employees. He is talented in assisting new businesses with setting up their payroll, human resource, risk management and bookkeeping needs. Roger’s talents also extend to problem solving with existing businesses and bringing them into compliance with the various State and Federal agency regulations
Roger was born in Charleston . He attended the College of Charleston and obtained advanced training in systems that he manages on a day to day basis. He is married to Amy Berman. They are raising a very bright daughter, Sophie.
Kathy is a former Elementary and Special Education teacher. She has been a licensed Realtor since the 1980’s. She currently lists and sells properties through Carolina One.
At PSG Kathy has multiple responsibilities. She manages the Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC) program for our clients throughout the United States. Kathy also oversees the day to day servicing needs of our clients and their employees, as well as serves their relocation needs.
Originally from Michigan, Kathy has lived in Charleston since 1972. After graduating from Michigan State University she Robert married and moved to Charleston where they raised their two sons, Roger and Ross.
Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Robert established Professional Services Group in 19XX. He is an active community volunteer and superb grandfather and specializes in lots of really good things. Which he does every day.
Shayna provides administrative assistance to the entire office and greets clients as well as working on special projects.
Though born and raised in Silicon Valley, she prefers the rich historical ambience of Charleston. Shayna is a math and history graduate of the University of California at Santa Cruz.
Sandra Kemper, CPA
Financial and Tax Consultant
Sandra provides contracted services on projects to our office.
Maggie is a small puppy with big dreams. She’s the latest addition to a long-established canine internship program which aims to create a unique workplace atmosphere of welcome, friendship, and slobber. Time-outs for walks promotes employee health and increases overall productivity. The occasional incontinent mishap encourages team work among the staff.
Maggie is a Charleston native and is currently enrolled in the School of Life.
