Programs to put people to work
Benefit from incentives in your industry
Regardless of whether your federal corporate tax bill is measured in tens of thousands or millions of dollars, our tax credit program, can help your company find, track and manage federal Enterprise Zone, Renewal Community, Work Opportunity Tax Credits (WOTC), Welfare to Work (W2W) tax credits and related programs in certain states.
These federal tax credits, authorized and renewed by Congress, are incentives for all businesses to hire and retain certain employees that have received public assistance or welfare payments or are otherwise qualified by inclusion in a variety of targeted groups.
Businesses located in an Enterprise Zone or Renewal Community are eligible for special tax credits each year for hiring and retaining workers who reside within the EZ or RC.
Regardless of where your business is located, you may be eligible for tax credits for hiring and retaining:
- AFDC or TANF Recipients
- Food Stamp Recipients
- Disadvantaged Youth
- Federal Empowerment Zones
- Federal Enterprise Zones
- Vocational Rehab Referrals
- Handicapped and Disabled Workers and
- Certain Veterans
Each new hire qualified and certified for the Work Opportunity Tax Credit can generate up to $2,400.00 in federal WOTC tax credits! Plus, for each new hire certified for the Welfare to Work tax credit, your business can receive up to $8,500.00 in federal W2W tax credits during their first 2 years of employment.
All Work Opportunity and Welfare-to-Work tax credits are time sensitive. You have a very short window of opportunity to apply for the credit on each new hire before it is lost forever.
